1. Service description

area69iptv provides internet-based access to live television channels and on-demand entertainment subject to your selected plan. Features, channel availability, and stream quality may vary by device, location, and network conditions. See pricing and the channels overview for current packaging.

2. Accounts and device limits

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Concurrent streams must not exceed the device limit of your plan. Sharing credentials publicly or selling access without authorization is prohibited. Reseller activity must follow the reseller program rules.

3. Orders, billing, and renewals

Fees are charged according to the plan selected at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen duration. Keep your email reachable for activation messages. Billing questions can be sent via the contact page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, attack, or overload the service; not to redistribute streams without permission; and not to use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Availability and changes

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider changes, and third-party network issues can affect playback. Channel lineups may be updated to improve quality and coverage.

6. Refunds

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, area69iptv is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including network outages at your location or device incompatibility outside documented platforms.
